The Sensibo Air Pro has been a game changer for us. We have a dual head ductless system and one head is in our rental….. we can control and set the temperature from anywhere. The days of error codes is gone.

We have an older panasonic air to air heat pump - actually the last version before integrated internet control became available. I have requested an update from panasonic for years - but obviously due to institutional greediness panasonic was not willing to do so (rather sell new heat pumps to their valued customers).
Recently a colleague tipped me off sensibo. Now I can control my heat pump through the internet easily and nicely - as I wanted it all the time. Thanks to you - and shame on panasonic.

I think it’s no complain with device but I have to complain about package because it toooo big when compared with tiny sensibo devices with cable and adapter it can be smaller (like i*hone boxes) for more amount in transport per time and less paper to use

I like the features of being able to remotely control and schedule our aircon units. I’m also happy that it is possible to use both the standard remote control and the Sensibo together. We already had a Sensibo Air which I liked. This time around I bought the Air Pro, the units that arrived were branded AirQ (the old name). I had a bit of grief activating them but got them all working after several attempts. They have been working well since

Added a new AirQ (Air Pro) in my bedroom for a new heatpump. Works just like the Sky I've been using with my downstairs heatpump and adds air quality monitoring.
Out of the box, the humidity sensor was reading high, but using the calibration tools on the web site let me adjust the reading and it has tracked properly with my other hygrometers.

It's quite compact in size and quite inconspicuous. While it does need line of sight to operate, so does the standard Mitsubishi remote.
It would be good if the Sensibo was better able to determine the split unit's power and other states - but that may be a limitation of the Mitsubishi's IR control protocol.

Bought this device to control a new mini split in a fairly airtight mixing studio. It does a good job of controlling the A/C, and hooks into Home Assistant asking with the rest of my sensors.
It is replacing an ESPHome device that performed the same functions, but I was becoming concerned about air quality with the door closed for long periods. After integrating the AirQ device, it's clear that the room is not very healthy to work in after about 2 hours!
Time to get an air purifier!

How about that for energy saving?! Sensibo AirQ is constantly monitoring the temperature (and air quality at my house) and adjusting the air conditioning accordingly, to maintain a comfortable temperature as we go through this heat wave, while minimizing our energy bill. Brilliant!

Communications with the device when I’m away from home do seem to work OK. Sometimes I have issues communicating between Alexa and the device even though it does eventually take the command. Alexa turns around and says that there’s a communications problem to check the network connection and power supply which is the normal thing Alexa would say (prompt). I would say this is probably more an Alexa issue than it is this device.

Easy to install biggest issue is locating a spot that doesn't give readings that are too far off. Be nice if they were battery powered since it hard to hide a usb cord. They occasionally go out of sync if your family uses the remote but great little devices and great customer support. I currently have 5 units that cover the whole house.

Love this small purifier. Connected to Apple Home app easily, so I could set up a more detailed schedule. Also disabled the lights so doesn’t disrupt sleep.
Low fan is almost inaudible and barely uses any current. High uses about 20 watts and while it is much louder it replaces my white noise machine for sleep and I only set to high during sleeping hours or if I’m gone for a while.

The device is so easy to implement and really amazing to latch onto the aircon remote signal. Fuss free with the app as well and subsequent linking with Google home. Super love the AirQ air sensor which tells you the air quality too!
