The product surprised me in many good ways. Initially I was expecting to use the mobile to control the air-cons instead of the clunky remote controllers, however the extra smart features that are part of the device & and app has become very useful and it's hard to imaging using the old remote controller alone.
I was even more amazed when I realised the device reads inputs from my remote and it knows the state the air-con is currently set to.
The only complaint I have is the firmware upgrade process could be improved and give the user more control.

I really wanted to like this. It sounds good in theory but it’s a headache in practice. The Sensibo doesn’t know the state of the A/C so if you (or a less tech savvy household member) uses the actual A/C remote it puts the two out of sync and you have to manually update it in the app. I tried to compensate for this by hiding the remote but then I became the household A/C controller- meaning everyone would ask me to turn off and on the A/C for them. This also happened when we had guests visit. After a couple months of this I ended up disconnecting the Sensibo, sticking it in a drawer, and went back to a standard remote instead.

It's the perfect way to make your ductless AC smart, wish all the features were for free but you have to pay an additional fee to have the whole experience.

Great! Easy to use, integrated my “dumb” Gree aircon into Apple HomeKit with multi-functional use. Instead of using a smart plug to simply operate on/off, I can now change temperature, heat/cold, as well as other functions I wasn’t even aware of! I can also ask Siri on my HomePods to operate these functions! Love it!

We have multiple old Fujitsu split duct systems in our church that have been very inconvenient to control and schedule. After some research I found Sensibo and ordered one to try. It literally took less than 15 minutes to install and connect and then another few minutes to configure the schedule. This will be a huge time saver and energy management tool for us. I have now ordered 6 more for the rest of our units!

I was sceptical but the device works. Now use in nearly every room in the house. The App subscription is interesting, but I initially cancelled as did not add much value other than novelty value. It seems to have moved on a little since then so have again subscribed. It appears to be an app searching for a real value, other than "interesting".
Also, now use the voice control via Google which works very well. That's a genuine value add!

I started using Sensibo for my 5 unit Mitsubishi M series ductless system. My installer quoted me a $3Kpricetag for getting me wifi access with the Mitsubishi proprietary system. I ended up spending $505:for Sensibo. Very intelligent system and provides me access to manage my system. Easy to setup easy to manage. No down side for me.

Ok...all I wanted was a way to control my mini-split using my phone. I got that and so much more.
1. Setup. A breeze. App was very intuitive. Communication between the device and the phone was flawless. Devices recognized both brands of remote control codes immediately and without issue.
2. App. Oh the options! Sure, turn it on and off with a press of a button. But then:
o Turn all your A/C's on/off together.
o Schedule times of the day to turn on/off each A/C.
o Have the A/C units turn on and off based on the temperature in the room.
3. But wait, there's more! The app is all you need, but if you're a geek like me with crazy IFTTT routines, they also have IFTTT support!
You will not regret this purchase. Rarely does a device do exactly what the company says it will do with absolutely no headaches or hiccups.

This pairing is great. Echo + Sensibo. Had some difficulty getting the Sensibo app to sync (temp match) with the AC units but the support was great and everything works flawlessly. Love being able to ask Alexa to turn on/off unit and the app has great programmable features.
I bought the subscription and so far im happy with the data it provides about my units.

I set my AC to 18C to cool the room faster, say at 8pm and the room will be too cold by 2 am. Now, Sensibo's Climate React regulates my room temperature to 24C to 26C automomously.

This products is amazing because we have 5 houses that we rent out and many times we have guests that put the Airco’s on and than they go to the beach.
With your product I can switch them off and it’s not necessary to go into all the houses every time.

I ordered the Sensibo Air 4-pack. I installed 3 devices out of 4, and it turned out to be one of the most useful purchases that I made this summer. The installation was a breeze, you should only locate a power source and a location for the controller, and all will work seamlessly. I also configured the controllers to work with Apple HomeKit, so we stepped up one extra level in automation. One of the most useful feature we're using is the schedule feature, as we're setting periods of running on and off for the bedroom AC during the night, which saves electricity, and helps the inverter battery to last longer.

I had a Sensibo Sky device that I used a few years ago. I switched to the Air version because of its Apple HomeKit feature.
I am still satisfied. An especially useful feature is the automatic temperature sensing switch on, if it's hot it cools, if it's cold it heats.
It is advantageous that the air conditioner can be controlled by family members from their mobile phones and sends a message to my watch, for example if it gets too hot in the living room at home and turns on.
I recommend it to everyone!
