I like it I ordered a second pair. The app or the sensibo controller communicates with the AC IR receiver so you always know the status even if someone turned ON the AC unit by native remote.

It’s a great home automation product, upgraded from the Sensibo Sky to the Air with room sensors for my new ductless ac units. Great price especially buying it with the room sensors directly from Sensibo. It’s awesome that I’m able to integrate with my Apple HomeKit system. I won’t give it a full 5 stars because it was a little difficult to setup at first. My first install was from a upgrade from the Sensibo Sky from my old ductless to the Air for my new unit. I think there was a little conflict with from the old to the new. After several attempts I finally got it to work. My other two systems were a new install, I had no issues with the setup but my last setup was a little slow during the firmware update. One of my room sensors didn’t work at first but after changing the settings within the app, I finally got it to work. Overall the Sensibo Air + Room Sensorss as are a good buy.

Keeps our separate gaming room comfortable and we can adjust the temperature remotely from either the main house or anywhere! Makes our board gaming entertainment room just right with all of the same features that the Panasonic split offered on the remote control but no need to be there to pre-set and prepare the room. Good Wi-Fi controllability.

Unfortunately, it does not support SmartThings. Hence, generally the app provides most of the automations you need.

Sensibo Airs turned my apartment's 5 Window ACs into one smart dynamic system, and we're very happy with it. One important piece of feedback -- there is no way inside the app for users to easily send feedback! I have had random enhancement ideas that will never make it to the product team as a result.

I bought three (3) Sensibo Air units to control various window/portable units in a 3K sq ft home. Very easy to setup in Apple Homekit ecosystem, if using a newer iPhone Xr (or newer with iOS 15.5). Sensibo app doesn't work with my iPad Pro 12.9 (iPadOS 15.5) or my older iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 12.5.5.)--that was a surprising disappointment to me. Temperature readings and A/C On/OFF functions work on my LG portable unit and my Frididare (Sears) smart window unit; however, you need to sync the temp setting on the A/C with the Sensibo/Home app settings. Automations in Home app work as expected. Overall, this product is a great value for controlling and coordinating multiple units for remote access and automated temp control. I have not been able to seperately control or trigger off the humidity settings, but that's likely my learning problem. I do reccomend the Sensibo Air product--fine engineering and build quality, software needs a little improvement, but it's 90% of my expectation. Thank you, Sensibo--great job!

We have two Sensibo Air purifiers - one in the living room downstairs and one upstairs, in one of the bedrooms. They work great and fast. We have the cats' litter downstairs, and its odor does not intrude on the rest of the house. Cooking smells disappear fast, too - even the wondrous smell of pot roast, which I love. OTOH, missing the pot roast smell lets me know that if I cook something more odious, THAT smell also will disappear. ... We have a large condo, so we need one more for upstairs, which we will buy soon. (The bedroom are at either end, off a looooong hallway. ... My only "complaint" is that I use mint-scented cleaning products. Now their smell disappears too fast. :(

This is good product and ease to use but i wish that there is more compatibility with Apple HomeKit like changing the fan speed, but still you can use the AC state and add it to Siri Shortcut.

Bought this for the HomeKit, sold on how easy it was to setup.
Packaging was incredibly minimal, room sensor is battery powered and the SensiboAir requires an outlet, but it took me less than 5 minutes to setup.
I have a Lennox mini split, and finding the remote is a pain in the butt. This configuration is, dare I say it, magical. Sure you have to flip from Celsius to Faranheit, and adding to HomeKit is a bit odd (if I didn’t have another iPhone it would have been a pain to “scan” the code from the screen (should really be on the packaging somewhere). But afterwards it’s just completely seemless. I’ll have to buy some additional ones for my other mini splits.
