This policy explains our privacy practices for processing personal information related to you in connection with your use of the Sensibo apps: “Sensibo” apps (mobile, web app, airbend) , “myanywAiR Next” mobile app, Sensibo website (the “App” or “Apps”) and the Sensibo hardware products (the “Products”). We will collect, use or disclose your Information only in accordance with the terms of this policy.
This notice also explains certain rights that you may have under applicable data protection and privacy laws (“privacy laws”) and how you may exercise them.
The term “personal information” refers to information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual or as otherwise defined under applicable data protection and privacy laws. The terms “sensitive information”, “processing”, and “data controller” mean as defined under applicable data protection and privacy laws.
We also receive and send certain personal information and aggregated analytical information to Fujitsu General (Aust.) Pty Ltd. (ABN 55 001 229 554) (“FGA”) if you are an FGA customer and using a supported air conditioner with the myanywAiR Next app and myanywAiR dongle II provided by Sensibo.

Personal information related to you is processed and stored encrypted and/or anonymized. We use Amazon Web Service data centers that are certified by ISO27001 certification.
We do not guarantee that our Services and Products are immune from cyberattacks, malicious activities, malfunctions, honest mistakes or other types of abuse and misuse of personal data.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide personal information to third parties, except as provided below:
We will retain personal information related to you for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of using such personal information under this policy or as permitted by law.
We will keep aggregated non-identifiable data without limitation, and to the extent reasonable, we will delete or de-identify potentially identifiable data when we no longer need to process the data in an identifiable form.
You are not required by law to provide us with the personal information described above.
At any time, you may opt out of our newsletter and marketing mailing lists, or request that personal information related to you will not be shared with our third-party service providers and business partners, as described above. It will take up to 30 days for your opt-out request to take effect.

FGA End of Support
This section relates to the myanywAiR Next App and the myanywAir Dongle II provided by Sensibo.
FGA will normally announce the End of Support date for a product at least three (3) months in advance.
The End of Service date is normally 1 year from the End of Support date.
Text Messaging Marketing Program
We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. Transfer of Personal Information Outside Your Territory
We will store and process personal information related to you on various sites throughout the globe.
If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where transfer of personal information related to you outside of your territory requires your consent, then you provide us with your freely given, expressed, specific and unambiguous consent for such transfer.
