Sensibo is a global brand that manufactures and designs all of its own products in house. From hardware to software we take great pride in the design and quality of our products.
What is the warranty period?
Sensibo ensures a 12 month (or more depending on local laws) limited warranty on any products that we supply.
What is Sensibo's network security?
Sensibo has designed its products with security in mind. Our products are designed to only communicate with Sensibo’s servers which are protected and have a strong digital certificate. We use a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect customer personal information and data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Sensibo data and communication is encrypted using AES-256 encryption, which is the current approved encryption standard from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the U.S government authority of encryption. In addition, all communication between the devices and the servers are encrypted using SSL encryption.
