I bought two Sensibo Air units for my new Fujitsu Mini-Split AC/Heat units. Was quite easy to install as the Sensibo Air basically works like the same IR Remote that comes with the AC. BUTโฆ. IT allows you to control my units with Apple HomeKit and SIRI. Plus the Sensibo app on my iPhone allows me to control AC and HEAT from anywhere I may be.

I bought these because I had a few problems with my Sensibo Sky units. Sometimes the AC units didn't respond to them no matter what we did.
I decided to try Sensibo Air since they are newer and presumably more capable and efficient. I'm glad I did! They were easy to set up. They logged onto our home network without any problems at all (the old units used to drop of and often it took several hours to get them back on the network again) and they were really easy to set up.
The AC units all respond without exception and with no delay. They also work with Alexa and Siri.
I was also impressed that I just had to send an email from the app to others in our household to allow them to control they AC from their phones as well.
Highly recommended. I wish I had upgraded earlier.

Best purchase ever! Very easy to install and works perfectly. Being able to control and monitor all AC units in the home with the App is not only convenient but saves money. You can set room temperatures before getting home in the evening so the house is comfortable when you arrive. And, if you ever forget to turn them off when you leave, you can do it remotely. It also has a very convenient โclimate reactโ feature than can be set to turn the units on and of at predetermined settings. I recommend Sensibo wholeheartedly!

Smart AC control is really good and gets rid of the annoying, clunky old remote that doesnโt work properly. The only downside is the amount of features crippled or removed so as to force you into the plus subscription. For a product that is already expensive the subscription costs and pay walling are unwarranted. Apple HomeKit integration is also frustratingly difficult to get functioning properly.

I replace my Sensiby Sky units (which never really responded to commands properly) with sensibo Air.
Every command works fine now. Even some that caused lots of problems with the Sky units.
Easy to install (if you read the instructions carefully) and so far, totally reliable.

Ne ho acquistato un altro per "controllare" un altro condizionatore.
L'applicazione รจ fantastica, meglio del telecomando, io l'ho accoppiato ad un condizionatore Daiking e ne sono soddisfatissimo. Nel week end ho inviato una mail al servizio clienti, per capire se potevo avere piรน Sensibo per altri condizionatori e nel giro di 2 ore ho ricevuto la risposta. Tutto perfetto, personalmente lo consiglio.

It works very well... I placed it in many places and I never had any problems of connection with my AC unit. Minor complaint, that's why the 4 out of 5 stars, I had to calibrate the temperature, it was off of 1.5 degrees celsius.

I initially tried the Mysa, because it has a display so you can make adjustments w/o having to use the app. That being said, it was complicated and it wouldnโt use all the functions of my AC (heat pump, auto swing, auto fan).
So - I tried the Sensibo and I had it fully functioning in 5 minutes. Nothing was complicated and it instantly captured all of my ACโs features. Highly recommend!

One of the gadget that Now I love a lot. You can control everything in your thermo pump. Honestly you don't need the version premium of the subscription. With the free version it's enough. You can setup your thermo as you want. I save some money in electricity this winter. It's a must to have with a thermo pump.

Had a little problem getting connected to the home WiFi, the Air didn't like one of my WiFi APs but after that little hiccup all worked well, both devices can now connect to any AP throughout the home.
My Air Conditioners have 0.5 degree temperature control which the Sensibo Air does not, small thing but would have been nice to have the same level of control.
I most definitely like the ability to read the temp and humidity of the room.

The unit I ordered from Amazon never got to me, due to a bizarre Amazon fulfillment error, so I reordered directly from the manufacturer.
I am impressed by the Sensibo Air. Setup was smooth, and was completely guided by the app. I was able to configure the device to work on my customized network, which walls off Internet of Things (IOT) traffic.
The Sensibo app recognized my air conditioner's somewhat elaborate remote control from a single press of the remote's on/off button, and the app can do everything that the remote can do.
The Apple HomeKit integration does what I need it to do, allowing me to turn the air conditioner on and off, set the temperature, and select fan-only mode, whether I'm at home or away.
Notes:
โข The Sensibo app will not operate without continuous Internet access. After initial setup, it should be possible to use basic features of a home control app without external Internet access. Controlling the Sensibo Air through Apple HomeKit is a work-around.
โข I haven't checked whether the Sensibo Air complains if its external Internet access is revoked. Hopefully the device doesn't "phone home" unnecessarily. (I prefer to let Apple HomeKit broker commands when I am away from home, because HomeKit's security policy is well established.) I will update my review when I've tried tightening the firewall rules for my Sensibo Air.
โข The privacy implications of Sensibo's built-in geofencing feature (which can turn the air conditioner on when you arrive at home, and off when you leave) are unclear. The Sensibo app needs access to Location Services during the initial setup of the Sensibo Air, but works fine without location access after that (provided that the built-in geofencing feature is turned off). I will update my review when I've tried to create arrive/leave automations for the Sensibo Air at the Apple HomeKit level. (Here again, I prefer to let Apple HomeKit handle my location data, because HomeKit's privacy policy is well established.)
โข There's a silly user interface mistake in the Sensibo app. During setup, when you link the Sensibo Air to HomeKit, the Sensibo app displays a HomeKit QR code, as well as a manual setup code. Unless you have another iPhone or iPad, you can't scan the QR code. The manual setup code cannot be selected and copied, so you'd have to write it down on a piece of paper, switch from the Sensibo app to the HomeKit app, and manually type the code.
In closing, the security and privacy concerns I've raised are common to most home control devices, and they shouldn't deter you. Setup was easy, the Apple HomeKit integration works, and the Sensibo Air is a major convenience. I'm looking forward to using it this summer!

Overall, this product is really good. I'm using it for remote control with my phone and Alexa integration to my Mitusbishi mini-split with three heads. Everything works pretty well once setup and I'll just add a few notes:
To link Alexa, I had to follow instructions from other reviewers to disable the app from automatically opening when trying to link. You need to be directed to the internet website to link your account.
One remote was identified correctly and 2 were not. This is easily fixed once you realize what the problem is and how to do it. In my case, the problem was the 2 remotes that did not identify correctly did not allow correct temperature control. It was only allowing adjustments in 2 degree increments instead of one degree.
The built in temperature and humidity sensors do not seem too accurate. It's not a big deal to me because I'm not planning to automate it based on those sensors. You can make corrections which helps somewhat. Humidity definitely reads high on all the units. The temperature seems to be about 3-4 degrees off on one unit and a little more accurate on the other 2.
I was going to get the Sky because that had all the features I needed but I got the Air for aesthetics and I'm glad I did. I included a pic of one of my installations. I ran the wire thru the wall to plug in down below and pulled the wire thru the speaker volume box to mount in the middle of the wall below the AC unit. Instead of the included double stick tape, I used a 3M command picture hanger. They should have included that in the box so you wouldn't damage the wall if you wanted to remove it.

My mini-split came with a remote and a smart app, but no integration with Siri or Google. Sensibo seemed like the perfect solution. It is! Once I got the app working, it easily detected what model unit I had, and had full control over it. I was surprised how well it could read the temperature, switch to heat/AC, and even had the air swing controls right. VERY well done!
My only complaint was the registration process on the app. It took me FAR too long to get an account created and logged in. I had to use my phone and my laptop to get it working. There seems to be an issue with it sending authorization emails. It was not a great way to start my experience.
But as soon as I got that settled, the rest was ridiculously simple. I definitely recommend this product.

I have two A/C units by different manufacturers - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bedroom device installed quickly using just the remote. The living room unit was trickier to set up as my remote has multiple "on" buttons, but customer support at Sensibo was responsive and amazing. Easy to set up and works great with Homekit and Alexa. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I love that there is an included cable, so you can put it anywhere and not near a wall outlet.
There is also a couch nearby the device and it doesn't interfer, so that's nice also.
It's REALLY easy to install and setup, I bought this for my parents and they installed it themselves. Just install the app, create an account, plug the device and there you go. I also like the fact that you can create automations based on time, temperature, day, humidity (humidity sensor built in) and other great features.
Please note that I haven't tested Homekit integration on the device as my parents house doesn't have any homekit devices or hub, so they only rely on the official app until they get more homekit devices and a hub. I will gladly edit my review if they go this route, but for now, with the official app, everything works well. Great little device for the price!

It is an energy saver as I use them primarily in the Fall and Winter months to avoid having to turn on my oil burner. The savings is excellent as the AC units use less energy than the oil burner. Very easy to program and the WiFi remote controlling is flawless. Excellent for seasonal home owners.
