No. You can still use Sensibo Smart AC and Smart Air Quality devices even without a subscription to the Sensibo Energy Saver Plan. Without it, you'll still receive real-time notifications and control your devices from your mobile device, from anywhere. However, without a subscription you won't be able to access some advanced features that further reduce your AC bills, such as Optimus, Health Check, Advanced Statistics, Anti-Mold and more.
What devices are eligible for the Sensibo Energy Saver Plan?
The Sensibo Energy Saver Plan is available for all Sensibo Smart AC devices: Sensibo Sky, Sensibo Air, and Sensibo Air PRO.
What happens if I add a new Sensibo device?
If you're subscribed to the Sensibo Energy Saver Plan, all Sensibo devices registered at a single location will be covered automatically.
What devices are eligible for extended warranties under the Sensibo Energy Saver Plan?
For extended warranty coverage to apply to your Sensibo device, the device must be within its original limited warranty period when you subscribe to the Sensibo Energy Saver Plan. Once the original limited warranty expires, the device will be covered under the plan until you discontinue your subscription. Non-Sensibo and other third-party devices are not eligible for the extended warranty.
